While watching my current screensaver, "Ribbons" that there should be an animated Yellow Sign screensaver. That would be cool. Does anybody know where I could get one? For Vista, preferably. Though just a gif would be cool too.

Thanks!

Oh, and if you haven't seen the Yellow Sign, just keep on walking, you don't want to know!

An appeal court in Saudi Arabia has doubled the number of lashes and added a jail sentence as punishment for a woman who was gang-raped

Yes, she is being punished for getting raped.

There are no words to express my feelings at this point, but I would very much like to be alone with the judge right now.

Excuse me while I go and hit something very hard.
If you woke up and I was in bed with you, what would be your first thought?

(Now post this in your LJ and find out what mine would be)
Picture cut )

TV Smith's new CD, a live recording of him performing the songs from the first Adverts LP with his current band, the Bored Teenagers. It's totally black, on both sides, and has a fake spiral groove on the top..
£270 for a bike chain? OK, it may be Titanium but really..

I may have had occasional nervous moments out in the Pentlands, but at least I don't have to worry abou this: Did she cycle on the cracks in the pavement?

Check out San Diego Zoo's Panda Cam.

Has achieved "most requested" status with my daughters....

They also have Elephant Cam, Polar Bear Cam and Ape Cam. But the pandas are cutest.

It exactly fits with my sense of humour!

I don't know whose van it is, but I'd like to shake their hand!

Edit:
For the benefit of those who don't get it... )
Training course advert I got at work today:

NARRATIVE LEADERSHIP

This one day event is designed for Leaders who are interested in exploring what really matters to them and how they communicate that in an engaging and inspiring way at all levels of their organisations.

Working effectively with story and narrative in organisations can bring substantial benefits but when insufficient or unskilled attention is paid to the power of stories in organisations things inevitably start going wrong. Ultimately the price of poor narrative leadership is organisational failure.

Senior managers/leaders who are interested in exploring how to make better use of story and narrative in their organisations and to develop their own capacity for narrative leadership are invited to attend this workshop.

I wonder if Granny Weatherwax is the trainer?
