I assumed that the bread & butter puding came with custard - there's no other way to serve it surely?
I got a bit stuck on the car question too. I went for the saab in the end as it was the only one I definately didn't want.

I thought that apple-pie came with custard, but every time I enquire, I get offered cream or ice-cream :-(
