The one time I ran B&B the characters were lab rabbits "liberated" and dumped in a city park by animal rights people, going cold turkey from massive nicotine addiction, and about as well-equipped to survive outside captivity as you might expect. And since it was a city park there was a keeper (with air rifle), dogs, rats, skateboarders, etc. I had fun with that, especially when the rabbits started hunting for cigarette ends in competition with the local tramp, who also wanted them.

I like that very much. I may have to steal it and run it sometime. I know quite a few people who've never played B&B (in fact, they've probably never even heard of it) so it would be a worthwhile exercise.

Have fun! Oh, forgot to mention that there was a rule I added about rabbits being paralysed with fear if they encountered cars, which usually resulted in either a squashed rabbit or the car swerving to avoid it and hitting a tree or something.
