Just back from the Meadows Festival. Got thoroughly soaked, but came back with some good stuff. Having just decided younger daughter would benefit from a larger bike we found one in her favourite colour, mechanically good, for £20 which is far less than it was worth for parts alone. Anyone who wants a 20" wheeled mountainbike, in good condition & perfect working order (suit age 5 to 10) can make us an offer.

I also suffered temptation at the record stall, cruelly enhanced by [livejournal.com profile] calum pulling things out of the trays I wasn't looking in. So I now have Splodgeness Abounds' Simon Templar (with 2 pints etc on the b side), Toy Dolls' Nellie the Elephant, The Dickies' Banana Splits (on yellow vinyl), Undertones' My Perfect Cousin & Squeeze's Cool for Cats (on pink vinyl!) all for a tenner. So I'm a happy bunny!
