Training course advert I got at work today:
NARRATIVE LEADERSHIP
This one day event is designed for Leaders who are interested in exploring what really matters to them and how they communicate that in an engaging and inspiring way at all levels of their organisations.
Working effectively with story and narrative in organisations can bring substantial benefits but when insufficient or unskilled attention is paid to the power of stories in organisations things inevitably start going wrong. Ultimately the price of poor narrative leadership is organisational failure.
Senior managers/leaders who are interested in exploring how to make better use of story and narrative in their organisations and to develop their own capacity for narrative leadership are invited to attend this workshop.
I wonder if Granny Weatherwax is the trainer?
