So 57 - and the "Hell, no" ones are mostly fish which disagrees with me. Foie Gras I object to, like veal, on grounds of cruelty. I like pate generally. And there's a few ideas for things I want to hunt down!

If you want to get a few folk together to try cooking any of the following count me in.
Steak tartare, Wasabi peas, Curried goat, Umeboshi, Poutine,
Durian, Louche absinthe, Horse, Criollo chocolate

The curry house next door to the Auld hoose serves Phaal.
If you like it hot ask for the non-tourist version.
They seem to be quite accommodating on altering recipies for you if they aren't busy. My mate that had the Phall reckons it could use a few more vegitables in the sauce.

I've been somewhat inspired by this meme, too. Would be up for cooking random crazy foods. (or not cooking, in the case of steak tartare!)

If fish disagrees with you, I'd advise against Abalone.
